Marble inlay being hand-cut and set at a workshop bench

Packaging & transit

Packed to arrive intact

Stone and terracotta are heavy and fragile. We pack to a tested spec so they arrive whole, and offer retail-ready formats for buyers who ship straight to shelf.

Why packing is a line item, not an afterthought

Handicraft in stone and terracotta is heavy and unforgiving. Under-packed, it arrives as a claim; over-packed, you pay to ship air. We spec each design to the middle.

Every new design goes on a drop and vibration rig before it ships. We publish the breakage rate we hold to — under one percent on stone and terracotta — and we stand behind it.

Retail and brand options

Engraved or painted monograms applied in the workshop, not stuck on. Custom colourways and glazes matched to your palette within a stated tolerance. Printed sleeves, boxes and shelf-ready trays kitted here so cartons land ready for the floor.

Barcoding, poly-bagging and country-of-origin labelling are done to your market’s retail spec at packing.

Costs to expect

Tooling and print plates are waived above 1,000 pieces. Below that, expect a one-time setup charge of $120–$400 depending on complexity, credited back if you reorder within a year.
